Rude Boy takes a look at the UK of 1980 through the eyes of Ray Gange, a punk music fan who leaves his dead end job by landing work as a roadie for his favorite band, the Clash. Part character study, part "rockumentary," part concert film, Rude Boy paints a dark mood of disillusionment at a time of economic decline in Britain, intertwining concert footage with clips from political demonstrations, protests and newsreels. It is a telling portrait of the country's turbulent times with its youth of the day. At the center of it all, however, is the most stunning, furiously alive footage of the Clash that has ever been recorded.

On August 8, 1995, hard rock band Kiss performed on MTV Unplugged in what fans consider a historical concert. Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons contacted former members Peter Criss and Ace Frehley and invited them to participate in the event. Fan reaction to Criss and Frehley at the Unplugged show was so positive that, in 1996, the original lineup of Kiss reunited, with all four original members together for the first time since 1979.

Hard Core Logo is the name of a fictional punk band from the early 80’s – contemporaries of the Ramones (in fact, Joey Ramone even makes an appearance). They are aged and past their prime, but Joe Dick (Hugh Dillon) the lead singer and self-proclaimed band leader reunites the band together for a reunion tour.

It tells the rags-to-riches American Dream story of Rocky Balboa, an uneducated but good-hearted debt collector for a loan shark in Philadelphia. Balboa is also a club fighter who gets a shot at the world heavyweight championship when the scheduled contender breaks his hand. Also starring in Rocky are Talia Shire as Adrian, Burt Young as Adrian's brother Paulie, Burgess Meredith as Mickey Goldmill, Rocky's trainer and Carl Weathers as the champion, Apollo Creed.
